Burnwash Bombers

Key Additions: C. Hallett, J. Kocher

Key Losses:  none

The Burnwash Bombers come into the year with many familiar faces as they return four players (Matt Heins, Jake Landowski, Cory Sisson, Chris Terborg) from last season.  In 2014, this team was propelled by the play of Jake Landowski.  Landowski earned 1st Team All-WWL honors a year ago as he hit an impressive .600.  Look out for Chris Terborg to have a stellar performance on the hill this season.  Terborg pitched 27 innings last season for the Bombers and struck out 41, tying his season best.

The Bombers managed to get Jake Kocher to return to their roster, and he should improve the team at the plate and on the mound. Kocher had some of his most successful seasons as a Bomber, as he lead the league in strikeouts in 2011 and 2012.  The other newcomer is Christian Hallett.  Hallett has not played since the 2013 season, when he was a member of the Tenant Terrapins.  He batted .562 with 24 RBIs.  Old age may be the top concern for this team as they have the oldest team in the league.  We will wait to see if this factor will end up helping or hurting the squad in 2015.
