The Hamilton Heat are the hottest team in the WWL this season.  They have posted a perfect 7-0 record thus far and are nationally ranked #5 by the NWLA.  Despite their superb record, they have yet to face the defending champion Oatka Quackers.  The Heat are expected to face the Quackers in a double header next week.  The team went to their twitter account to address their latest mission:

Regis Pollard is the 3-time defending Cy Young award winner and is 3-0 with 45 K in 16 innings of work this season.  Pollard is ineligible to pitch the first game, but is expected to start the second game of the double header.  We successfully reached Pollard for comment, but he declined to address the tweet.  The Heat and the Quackers will square off one additional time later in the season, but this upcoming series certainly has the most anticipated games to date this season.
